The Year of the Ox, 2021
February 12, 2021, is the Lunar Year New Year in many Asian countries including China, Vietnam, and South Korea. It’s a new beginning with happy family gatherings. The Spring Festival celebrations in China also introduce the Year of the Metal Ox. Having an honest nature, Oxen are known for diligence, dependability, strength and determination, just like a Selene yacht, isn’t?

Will this Year of the Ox be lucky? According to Chinese geomancy, which is a form of divination, or forecasting the future, that observes astronomical movements, it will widely rely on our good will, personal strength and optimism.
Having great patience and a desire to make progress, Oxen can achieve their goals by consistent effort. They are not much influenced by others or the environment, but persist in doing things according to their ideals and capabilities. Before taking any action, oxen will have a definite plan with detailed steps, to which they apply their strong faith and physical strength. At our Zhuhai shipyard, this is exactly how our teams see things : a strong plan, faith and strength! As a result, we can expect that 2021, the Year of the Ox, will share with us great successes and achievements.
