On June 3, 2025, the Selene 56117 was gracefully launched. Following a successful sea trial, where the yacht’s performance was praised for its remarkable stability and agility. The top speed can reach at 11.5 knots in the sea trial river. The vessel is now gearing up for final detailing before its grand voyage, which marking the first step of its journey towards becoming the ideal vessel for its owner.
Equipped with Twin John Deere 4045AFM85 M2 180HP@2,400RPM engines with ZF 220 gear box with PTO pad; Sidepower SH320 bow and stern thrusters, and hydraulic stabilizer; Onan 13.5KW 50hz 24V generator with extra Onan 6KW 50hz 12V generator. The S56117 features a blue PU-painted hull paired with light blue bottom paint, creating the impression of a whale leaping through the sea. The interior features the most popular classic design with teak interior finishes, comprising three staterooms plus a night watch bunk in the pilot house. The salon sofa can be converted into a comfortable bed, providing a total of eight berths. The interconnected lazarette and commissary optimize space utilization, which can both access from cockpit and salon.
Following the launch of Selene 56117, the Selene 54118 was launched on July 26, 2025.
