Selene 6610 Shines at Sanctuary Cove Boat Show
My first trip to Australia proved to be a truly exhilarating experience from beginning to end. Upon finally landing in beautiful Brisbane, I embarked on a scenic journey all the way to the Gold Coast and instantly fell in love with its stunning natural environment. The climate was warm and pleasant, with fresh, clean air and crystal-clear waters stretching all the way to the horizon. The sunny, dry weather of late autumn made every day by the marina absolutely perfect.
On the journey from Brisbane to the Gold Coast, we stopped at Boat Works. The largest marine facility in the heart of the Gold Coast Marine Precinct, with over 1,000 skilled marine trade contracted professionals conveniently located onsite. Every berth and travel lift was in full operation, attended by crews diligently servicing vessels of various sizes and makes. The office of Selene Yachts Australia is also located by the marina. Even as a brief detour along the coastal route, Boat Works left an indelible impression.
The highlight of this trip was definitely the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show. It is always such a lively and exciting marine event, filled with passionate yacht lovers, industry friends, and guests from all over the world.
Right at the center of the busy dock stood our stunning Selene 6610 (Moon Shadow). Beautifully well-commissioned and perfectly maintained, the yacht looked absolutely breathtaking. Its glossy blue hull sparkled brightly under the sunshine, catching every visitor’s eye. Many people stopped to watch, take a closer look, and admire its elegant design and fine craftsmanship, making our boat one of the most popular attractions throughout the show.
The entire team was fully occupied in the best way possible during the exhibition. I was so glad to work alongside Candy, Terry, Darryl, and the entire GLI team.
We worked closely together, supporting each other to introduce the features, comfort, and outstanding performance of the Selene 6610, answering questions and sharing Selene’s passion for yachting life.
I also proudly shared the updates about Selene Shipyard’s latest development, gain the confidence of the guests that Selene can produce more and more high quality yachts. It was wonderful to connect face-to-face with so many people who are interested in Selene.

Beyond the busy boat show schedule, we enjoyed lovely lunch and dinner sessions with our customers. Every dish had such a good taste, bringing me and Candy a wonderful food experience. During these relaxed meals, we chatted freely, shared ideas, and built warmer, closer relationships with our clients.
This has been an unforgettable and fruitful trip. Seeing our Selene yachts gain wide recognition and positive feedback at such an international show, I truly believe that SYA’s business will be booming soon. We will keep moving forward with great craftsmanship and sincere service, bringing more amazing yachting experiences to customers around the world.
