The sea trial of S60 Ocean Explorer marked more than just another important milestone before delivery—it celebrated the continued relationship between Selene Yachts and a returning owner.
After thoroughly enjoying their previous 53-foot Selene Classic Explorer, the owner chose Selene once again for their next adventure, this time building an Selene 60 Ocean Explorer. Their decision to return reflects continued confidence in the quality, reliability, and long-range cruising capability that define every Selene yacht.
As an experienced Selene owner and passionate cruiser, they also shared valuable insights and cruising experience throughout the project.
Working closely with our team, a number of thoughtful ideas were incorporated into the yacht, creating a vessel that reflects both the owner’s vision and the evolution of their cruising lifestyle.
During the sea trial, the owner joined our team on board to evaluate the yacht’s performance, onboard systems, and overall cruising experience.
The successful trial confirmed that she is ready for her next chapter.
