A new 62 Classic Explorer just launched!
Our teams have launched yesterday a Selene 62 Classic Explorer in the Pearl River for the sea trial sessions starting today. The 62 Classic Explorer is one of the world voyagers of all our Selene lines. This model, and her big brother the 66, which is identical in essence with more elbow room, has reached on her bottom remote waters and countries as far as Alaska!
A safe passage maker
It is altogether a safe and comfortable passage maker and a wonderful live-aboard vessel extremely popular in the mariners’ community. We have already built 19 Classic Explorer 62! It says it all… Some of them are also used for charter.
Most owner choose the single-engine configuration which offers an ultimate protection of the propeller, but a twin-engine version is also available. The luxurious and practical layout consists of a superb three stateroom arrangement with crew quarters aft, all with en suite heads.
The galley can be up in the pilothouse or down in the salon with a dining table for six. The very spacious flybridge, with U-shaped settee, table, sink and a BBQ makes a wonderful place to entertain. The yacht deck allows for a 14′ tender with a powerful hydraulic crane.
